
One of the first brownfield sites in Milton Keynes, which is being redeveloped for housing by the Homes and Communities Agency – as part of a regeneration scheme.
The site clearance and infrastructure was led by the Homes and Communities Agency is now complete. The balancing lake (which can be seen from the A5) has been turned into an ornamental pool, which features a fountain set against an attractive walled backdrop and promenade.
The site will include 376 homes in total (30% of which will be affordable, provided by Midsummer Housing Association), plus a local centre.
Phase 1: completion of all homes is - 2009.
Phase 2: completion of all homes - 2011.
