Enabling works were completed in September 2006 and the new homes are now complete. The apartment hotel was completed in December 2007 and the nursery was completed in September 2009. Final landscaping and snagging works are now being completed.

Milton Keynes Partnership together with its developer Henry Davidson Developments have announced that enabling work is now underway at Caldecotte Lakeside. This follows receipt of planning consent for the site from Milton Keynes Council.
