Location
The land between Stratford Road in the south, Old Wolverton Road in the north, the West Coast Main Line rail track in the east, and Tesco in the west.
Description

A complex regeneration project to redevelop a five hectare former brownfield site. This includes the refurbishment of two redundant listed railway buildings converted for mixed use development supported by 223 new build canalside apartments.

Development Stage
The enabling works, funded through the Growth Area Funding has seen the development of a new access road, railway works and the relocation of the Wolverton Bowls Club.
