Location
Between Chaffron Way (H7) and Snelshall Street (V1), south of Whaddon Road.
Description

A high-quality sustainable development which will have a low impact on neighbouring areas and foster an attractive lifestyle for residents. The development will comprise 450 homes plus a local centre and small play area.

The site will relate closely to Tattenhoe Park, and the city street, Hayton Way, between Tattenhoe Park and Kingsmead South.

Development Stage
The Development Framework has been prepared and outline planning permission has been granted. Sites 2 & 4 have reserved matters planning permission.
Start Date
Infrastructure work commenced in November 2006. Development of housing is likely to start in late 2010, subject to planning consent.
Completion Date

Estimated 2016.

Developer

A development proposal for sites 2 and 4 is being considered. Development partners will be sought for sites 1 & 3. 

 

When Can I Have My Say?

Public consultation has already taken place with regard to the outline application. However, further opportunities for comment will be available at the Reserved Matters stage.

Discharge of Planning Conditions - Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Regulations 2008
