
This site has outline planning consent for 720 homes together with a local centre. The site has been parcelled into six sites. A primary school and community facilities opened in October 2005.
Site 1(Oxley Village): David Wilson Homes started on site in April 2006. The development comprises 167 homes (117 sale and 50 affordable) plus a local store and take away food outlets.
Sites 2 & 3 (Oxley Gate): Taylor Wimpey started on site in July 2008. The development will have 240 homes (168 sale and 72 affordable). The Development Brief seeks improvements to environmental sustainability and in particular reduction in carbon emissions, and Taylor Wimpey have met this criteria.
Site 6: One of the sites within the HCA's portfolio as part of the Design for Manufacture Competition. A total of 145 homes will be built with 56 having a construction cost of £60,000. Started on site on site in September 2006.

After consolidation in the housebuilding industry, Kingsoak were taken over by Barratts PLC, who are delivering Site 1 through their David Wilson Homes brand.
