Location

Situated between Stoke Road and the Grand Union Canal, the development is located on the south eastern edge of Milton Keynes.  It is south of Water Eaton, which overlooks the canal and the riverside of Waterhall Park with its leisure routes and horsetrails.

94 homes (comprising 63 market sale and 31 affordable).

Development Stage
The Homes and Communities Agency has completed a new footbridge over the Grand Union Canal.  The developer expects all houses to be complete and sold (subject to market) by winter 2010.
Start Date
Construction of the first 20 homes and associated roads commenced in June 2006. The first four homes were completed in April 2007.
Completion Date

Summer 2010.
