The Pinnacle MK

Location
The Pinnacle MK (also known as B3.2 North) is situated on the south side of Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, in Block B3.
Description

The Pinnacle MK comprises a headquarters quality office scheme with two small retail / restaurant units at ground floor, totalling approximately 18,500 sq. m (200,000 sq. ft). The development has 184 parking spaces and is serviced by the Central Milton Keynes Combined Heat and Power System.

This scheme is the first Milton Keynes office scheme to achieve BREEAM Excellent standards.

Development Stage

Completed in July 2009. Deloitte and Touche took occupation in May 2009, under a Phase One completion.

Denton Wilde Sapte LLP will take occupation of another section of the scheme in November 2009.

Some office and retail space remains available to let.

    Office scheme achieves the pinnacle of environmental success
    The Pinnacle, the landmark new office and retail scheme being built on Midsummer Boulevard has received an ‘Excellent’ rating from the BREEAM Offices environmental assessment scheme. This makes it the first office building in Central Milton Keynes to receive this award.
