
The Pinnacle MK comprises a headquarters quality office scheme with two small retail / restaurant units at ground floor, totalling approximately 18,500 sq. m (200,000 sq. ft). The development has 184 parking spaces and is serviced by the Central Milton Keynes Combined Heat and Power System.
This scheme is the first Milton Keynes office scheme to achieve BREEAM Excellent standards.
Completed in July 2009. Deloitte and Touche took occupation in May 2009, under a Phase One completion.
