Kents Hill is on the eastern side of Milton Keynes close to junction 14 of the M1 motorway and Willen Lake.
Description
The site was previously used as student accomodation with 37 flats arranged over seven buildings. The site extends to approximately one hectare.
Development Stage
All buildings on site (except the substation) have now been demolished. Demolition commenced on 18 May 2009 and was completed on 24 July 2009.
Completion Date
Now the demolition work has been completed the site has been picked clean of any debris, rubbish or other materials, leaving the site in a clean and tidy condition. The existing electricity sub-station remains on the site to provide power to any future bu

Kents Hill site to be prepared for redevelopment
The former student flats at Bedgbury Place in Kents Hill are to be demolished so that the site, owned by Milton Keynes Partnership (MKP), can be made ready for future housing development.
