Together with partners, we are adopting a proactive approach to planning and financing new roads, schools, health and other facilities alongside new housing development, to create communities that meet the needs and aspirations of Milton Keynes' residents.
Our forward plan for the next five years is set out in the Milton Keynes Partnership Business Plan (2008/9 - 2012/2013). This provides a comprehensive picture of projected housing, employment and social infrastructure development in Milton Keynes, and identifies the lead delivery agency and potential sources of funding for a detailed list of projects. The Business Plan sets out the funding and operational structure of the Infrastructure Tariff.
The Business Plan is updated annually and a six-monthly review of progress reported to the Milton Keynes Partnership Committee.
