The Consultation Process

It is important to Milton Keynes Partnership that local views are obtained on planning proposals. Consultations are undertaken with parish councils and immediate neighbours. Site notices are posted on and adjacent to the development site and notices are placed in the local press.  

Making a Representation

First, use the search facility below to find the appropriate application. For a list of applications that are open for consultation, select "Under consideration" in the Decision Register.

Click on the relevant planning application number in the search results list for more information, including the timescale for making representations and a link to make your comments by email.

Discharge of Planning Conditions - Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Regulations 2008

The above legislation introduced new charges for the discharge of conditions attached to planning permissions. MKP will be introducing these charges from 1 September 2010.
