Outline permission for residential development of approximately 850 dwellings, open space, balancing ponds and associated uses. At land south of A421 (existing 9-hole golf course and adjoining land to the east).

Discharge of Planning Conditions - Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Regulations 2008
