Options for Growth Evaluation Report and Annexes (All published April 2006, except those marked *, which were published in June 2006) This report sets out the outcomes of the evaluation of the Options for Growth and forms the basis for preparing the Growth Strategy for Milton Keynes. The spatial options were available for public comment from November 2005 to January 2006 and are described in the “Options for Growth” Technical Report published in November 2005 (see above). The final appendix to the Stage 2 Community Engagement Report has been incorporated in the main report but it also appears separately here because of its size. Discharge of Planning Conditions - Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Regulations 2008
The above legislation introduced new charges for the discharge of conditions attached to planning permissions. MKP will be introducing these charges from 1 September 2010.

A housing development in the historic market town of Stony Stratford has been given a funding boost to provide 13 affordable homes.
